K Hayashida 01 March 2004
Stayed at  Thistle City Barbican - London, United Kingdom.
Finsbury is 15 minutes walk from barbican centre. No good for wandering but not so difficult for short stay.

G Rivers 26 February 2004
Stayed at  Ramada Hyde Park - London, United Kingdom.
It is right next to Hyde Park and Queensway (shops, restaurants & underground). Hence, location is very handy to access most attractions in London.

L Cooker 09 December 2003
Stayed at  Britannia International - London, United Kingdom.
This part of Docklands is fantastic now. Great restaurants, great shops, excellent transport connections to elsewhere in London. Highly recommended for the location.

L Müller 30 November 2003
Stayed at  Brunel - London, United Kingdom.
We visited the Imperial War Museum in Duxford near Cambridge - went there by train and bus. If you like airplanes, it's worth a visit! If you enjoy warships, you should also go see the HMS Belfast near Tower Bridge. We ate one night at the Café Pasta near the Seven Dials - it was yummy. Also the Indian restaurants in the Paddington area are worth visiting.

B Kretschmer 17 September 2003
Stayed at  Bonham - Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
What we liked in Edinburgh was the restaurants and bars in the area near the hotel (George Street, etc.). We can recommend the 'Edinburgh Bus Tour', visiting the 'Royal Yacht Britannia' and the 'Botanic Garden'. The 'Edinburgh Castle' is rather touristic. Next time we will prefer to visit 'Hollywood Palace'.

R Carter 18 August 2003
Stayed at  Grampian - Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
We arrived after dinner, and left as soon as we'd eaten breakfast. We'd stayed at another hotel in Blairs the week before, and visited an Aberdeen Angus farm. Also Crathes Castle with their lovely gardens and estate. They have a great spot for buying tea or a lunch. In Aberdeen proper we visited St. Machar's Cathedral. It was lovely.

R Lim 24 July 2003
Stayed at  London Crown - London, United Kingdom.
London is an exceptionally exciting place to visit. It has, among many other sites, the rejuvenated British Museum etc. You must also visit the club, Ministry of Sound for terrific music. Use the subway or Heathrow express from Heathrow, a cab cost me about 66 GBP.

D Tong 21 July 2003
Stayed at  Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington - London, United Kingdom.
Do not go to the Millennium dome. It was sold and closed. Take the boat ride with lunch -- great.

D Tong 17 July 2003
Stayed at  Eden Plaza - London, United Kingdom.
Do not put your mobile phone on the table while eating in an outdoor cafe, mine got stolen, I think there are lots of juvenile pick-pockets in London, back to the good old days.

J Rodgers 15 July 2003
Stayed at  Hilton Green Park - London, United Kingdom.
The restaurants in Central London seem to be offering more bargains - fixed price menu, happy hour, etc.
