English is not known widely. If one can speak german that would help a lot.
Those who travell in Lithuania and Kaunas with their own car or bike, be aware of those speed traps build by the local police. Most often they just want to see your bike/car more closely, but it's rather annoying if you will be stopped 8 times within 20 kilmoeters.
