| Guest comments | The view and the location was excellent. Easy to get to everything. The car park was awkward - about a 100 metre walk uphill and the restaurant was expensive. You have to pay for access to the internet. Staff were good. |

| Guest comments | Very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and the food very good. (Dinner restaurant) Only issue was parking. Parking is down the hill in a general parking lot. Not a big deal but better guidence on the confirmation as to where to park for registration would have been helpful.
Overall a very nice stay. I would definately stay there again. Very covenient to castles and surrounding area. |

| Guest comments | Well maintained hotel Clean rooms and clean bath. Location of the hotel was excellant. Service staff were helpful. Hotel is located in a very convenient spot. Receptionist was very unhelpfull. Despite requesting for room with veiw well in advance we weren't offered one. But I will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Newswanstien castle ( becos of convenient location, Clean hotel and rooms) |
