| Guest comments | The staff were excellent and only too willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast buffet was first class. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only concern was that the lift only operated at certain times - not good if you are elderly and based on the 4th floor. |

| Guest comments | Main problem is that just one or two employees can speak english.
If you dont know german language you are in big trouble.
There is no restaurant inside the hotel.Hotel location is central and you can be anywhere easily but sometimes when you are not in the mood to go out for dinner can be a problem.No aircondition in the room, TV are always showing german channels and if you find an english movie is always translated in german...so you have to learn how to read lips..Breakfast was quite good, with a big selection of food and drinks to choose from. |

| Guest comments | the cost of this hotel was completley over the top in relation to the rooms we were given in fact to describe what we were given as rooms is certainley over describing them they were nothing but glorified closets i would not recomend or stay in this hotel again.
regardless of how clean and how friendly or efficent the staff were the most important thing about a hotel is the room if its not right than everything after this does not matter. |
