| Guest comments | The hotel is situated very close to the center of the city and offers a closed parking area for a small fee, however it would have been nice if the hotel offered a restaurant, it's only possible to have breakfast here and it would have been nice if they served hot buffet. |

| Guest comments | 20-25 minutes walk to Central Station / old town
direct bus route but pricey: equivalent of £2 each way for an adult. A round trip to and back the centre of town for our family(2 adults and 2 teenagers) was £14.00 a day. |

| Guest comments | Excellent hotel though out of the city a little way. However a Metro station is only a short walk away. The walk into the city does not too long though the older people might find it a bit far. The front rooms that face onto the street can be a bit noisy. Staff excellent and most helpful. |

| Guest comments | We had a very pleasant stay; nice hotel with friendly people.
Beautiful lounge and breakfast room.
We had asked for a room on the back, so it was nice and quiet.
Distance to centre town is very acceptable, there is a bus and metro nearby and by foot it is approx. a 20 minute walk.
On sunday a bit too busy/crowdy at the breakfast buffet.
A slight minus for the carpet in the room (had many stains of wine and ??) and the bit dated bathroom. The shower was good and stayed on the same temperature the whole time (an exception in a hotel!).
I would stay here again the next time when I am in Copenhagen and I would recommend it to others. |

| Guest comments | The bathroom had a hairdryer not mentioned in their listing. The breakfasts are superb, as is staff attention. Most considerate management. This is a wonderful, friendly hotel, situated 5 minutes by bus to central Copenhagen or 10-15 minutes' walk. Easy access to lakeside paths and many local restaurants. Highly recommended and enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Be warned that rooms at the front are very noisy, as the hotel is situated on an extremely busy main road. |
