| Guest comments | For a supposedly 4 star rated hotel this was a big disappointment. The room was not airconditioned and windows needed to be kept open. Very noisy at night and early mornings when road works started.
Very small room. Bathroom/toilet facilities totally inadequate. There appeared to be better hotels available. |

| Guest comments | Very clos to town centre, easy access to all attractions, staff helpful and laundry service cheap but not ironed. Free internet and real coffee provided from reception 24 hrs for one euro.
Recommend this hotel. |

| Guest comments | Very good location, walking distance to the old town. The room has good facilities including internet. Breakfast is good, with fried eggs and bacon, boiled eggs, and many other variations. The staff are helpful too. Our double has a balcony towards the street. It is a very nice family hotel. |

| Guest comments | My husband and son and I stayed here prior to Christmas 2007. It was a fabulous location - easy walking from the train station (with luggage) and easy walking to Old town area also. Highly recommend the Christmas markets in Salzburg. They were possibly the best we experienced (out of Stuttgart Munich Vienna Krakow) - and so atmospheric. Accommodation was a brilliant huge attic style room (with sofa bed for my son) with separate bathroom and toilet. Breakfasts were excellent - I would always stay here if opportunity arose to visit Salzburg again - my husband & I would be packed to go back anytime!! |

| Guest comments | The hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful. It was in a great position. Disappointed in the hotel washing service 10 euros and the clothes were not dried fully and just thrown in a bag. Other than that it was an excellent stay. |
