Guest comments	Our room was never properly made even once during our five day stay. This is the only four star hotel we have stayed at that did not have bath tub and no shower curtain either, so every time one of us had shower , the whole bathroom floor and top of the toilet seat was flooded and the next person had to wipe the floor and the seat dry. Staff were particularly disinterested in serving.

Guest comments	Staff was quite helpful, food was excellent and service was also excellent, I believe that wifi could have been without charge and it would have been already calculated in room price. regards
