Guest comments	The room was clean and new refurbished. Very noisy with the window open as situated on a main road. This was however convenient when wanting to catch the tram. Breakfast was hot and cold buffet and the best I have ever seen (In Europe). No aircon which was not good as it was very hot.

Guest comments	The location of the hotel is very good - 5 minutes with tram till center. But I think this hotel is typically 3 star hotel not 4 star, with poor service and average clenliness in rooms. the greatest disadvantage - rooms are practically wihout air condition and in August it is very difficult to sleep without open window, on the other side there are large traffic undreneath the window and therefore noise. Please, take care also with Pay-TV - I had payed for non-seeing film - you can simply activate PayTV without your desire - the TV panel is quite stupid

Guest comments	We stayed at the Artis Hotel in Vienna for two nights in May 2008. It was a very nice experience. The hotel is a 15 minut walking distance from the Ring strasse (the main street), average size, with small rooms, but very delicious hot and cold breakfast buffet ( including sereal, dairy, fruts and nuts) We liked it a lot. Very clean rooms and bathroom, as well as breakfast area. Staff members are polite and helpful. Price is fare according to the location. The only down side personally for me was no internet service. That wasn't a big deal though, because internet cafe was practically next door for the price of 2Uros per hour.
