Guest comments	The hotel location was really central for all the sightseeing we wanted to do in the tourist and not so tourist areas - 5 mins walk from St Marks Square and one boat stop to Accademia and access to Dosoduro where we found great restaurants in the evening. Bedrooms were clean but not on the large size but adequate for the amount of time we spent in the them. The only negative point was the shower was very small and the amount of water and the pressure coming of it was not great, but we lived with this as the location was so good.

Guest comments	Excellent Location and most convenient to arrive from anywahere.Wish rooms were bit big.Nevertheless, it is good value for money.

Guest comments	When the guy on the desk said the room wouldn't be big enough for our pram, I was worried about our travel cot, but when we got to the room it was huge!! So apart from the grumpy man on the desk and the wireless internet not great, very nice hotel. Breakfast was lovely, nice and easy to get to from water bus.
