Guest comments	Very good arrangement. 5 minutes by walking to the Palace of Doges and Square of Sant Mark. The furnishing in the room is stylized under the old times. It is very comfortable. A little inconvenient entrance into the building, but the view from the window to the Channel - wonderful.

Guest comments	We booked here for our first weekend in Venice. The location is very central close to St Marks Square, ferry services at your door and great places to eat. Warnings would be that they do not allow an iron to use in your room. Also, we booked with breakfast included but dont expect anything fancy, it seems the cleaning maids prepare the breakfast and all the food comes from packets. I would certainly stay again, clean, quite room with no noise problems but probably BYO breakfast or eat out. For Venice room was a good size, small bathroom.
